Other duties may be assigned.· Provides customer service, education and for closing sales of Sharia?a home acquisition and deposit products to UIFC clients and wholesale partners.· Documents telephone calls, maintains compliance with all applicable laws and procedures and as directed by the Quality Assurance and/or Chief Education Officer.· Provides assistance to other team members.Customer Service:· Understands and documents all inquiries· Identifies and courteously provides for the clients or wholesale partners needsEducates clients and wholesale partners by telephone and/or electronically:1. Sharia?a allowable home acquisition· Ijara· Murabaha· Musharak2. Conventional and UIFC home acquisition requirements3. Sharia?a allowable deposits· Checking· Certificates of Deposits· Money Market4. Technologies and processes· Mortgage· Loan Prospector· UnderwritingCloses Sales:1. Home acquisition· Obtains and provides required information and documents· Runs Loan Prospector· Maintains contact with client from application to closing/cancellation/denial2. Deposit· Obtains and provides required information and documents· Secures deposits and maintains contact with client from application to account opening· Participates monthly in one outside eventSupervisory Responsibilities:This job has no supervisory responsibilities.Business-Related Contacts:· Midwest Loan Services: Processing/Underwriting/Closing· All UIFC Staff/Tellers: Deposit issues· Prospects/clients/organizations: Sales· Business Partners: SalesQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
